admissions process


REGISTRATION / ENROLLMENT PROCESS 2016-2017


Thank you for choosing St. Pius X School as your preferred private higher educational institution. In order to facilitate the registration / enrollment process, please follow the steps outlined below:

NEW ENROLLMENT INFO

  1. All applicants for Pre-Kindergarten, should have turned 4 years old by September 1, and must be potty trained.
  2. All applicants for all other grades must submit a copy of a current report card, immunization record, and birth certificate to the front office.
  3. Upon acceptance, parents/guardians will be directed to the Admissions Office to complete and sign the Student Registration Forms. A NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, registration deposit is due at this time.
  4. Tuition is payable as scheduled in the Student Admissions Contract. Please READ THE STUDENT ADMISSIONS CONTRACT CAREFULLY.
  5. Immigration Law: Students coming from a foreign country must have a visa with them each day. An I-20 form must be filled out and submitted to the U.S. Consulate Office in Cd. Juarez.

ENROLLMENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

- You will need to pay the Registration Fee. (Please see chart below for amounts).

- You will need to pay the FACTS Fee of $50 per family. Families opting to pay the yearly tuition in full or in two payments will only be charged a $20 FACTS Fee. Please be advised that NO partial payment, for these fees, will be accepted and every registered student must be enrolled in FACTS. This year, we have integrated the Building Fee into the registration fee.

-You will need to bring a blank voided check with you for FACTS even though you may have an account set up.

FUNDRAISING

Each family will be required to sell $100 worth of Diocesan raffle tickets and participate in all fundraisers.

OTHER FEES IF APPLICABLE:

New students will have to provide the following ORIGINAL documents to the school before the 1st day of school. Originals will be copied by the office staff and returned to you:
